I’ve got a question. At 6:53, in the Lasker Trap, why would you promote the pawn to a knight when you can promote it to a Queen? That would force the enemy rook to take the Queen and then you play Bg4+ to win the enemy Queen as the enemy knight is no longer there to defend against your bishop attack.
Don't want to seem pedantic but its Legall not Legal. This trap was named after French chess master Francois Antoine de Legall. Its also known as the Blackburn Trap. Thought you might like to know.
Chess is not a very complicated game really, but it is the most "involved" by far, with possibilities of tactical play, almost like a black hole of possibilities that our brains explore, sometime finding gold, sometimes being lost forever. It is a primitive game based on the warfare of royalty. What a waste of life that has been in reality, and on the board for many people. So I now just make a fist, and pound it on the table so all the pieces fly off the board, and claim victory from the liberty that lead to scientific advancement. 🙂
7:59 My computer game, (Gametop, grand master chess 3, easy adult level), white queen will move to d5, and smoke you. Make a vid of you beating it from that position and post it, (it will be in that position at that "easy adult level".). I know you will not be posting the first game as your win. Most of us play computer games. I think I can beat you, if I can beat that game at the easy adult level, (I did win the last 2 though. never did 2 in a row before. 1 out of 10 is average.).
7:03 rook takes knights check, king doesnt have to move although u should take with the pawn and turn into a knight so then u put ur white bishop and deliver check and that gives u a free queen and possible u can turn in to a mate if you take with yours
In legal trap, I’m just wondering why white pawn threatens bishop 1:05 if white horse can directly take the pawn, leaving the queen (for the bishop to capture)
why not knight takes e5 instead of putting h3? for what is the h3 on the legal trap
The thing is that such traps are always dependent on mindset of the oponent..
Fun fact : opponent is also watching
Legal is pronounced Lay gall after French player Sire de Légall. And Ruy Lopez is pronounced Roy.
If he e6 with pawn
After king h4 the bishop will kill your horse please check at 3.55

No wonder they call it Ukrainian immortal. Just loved it.
Blundering a queen to checkmate your opponent is the cruelest thing I can imagine.

Blackburne brutal maaan🔥🔥🔥🔥
In the legal trap after white knight captures e5, then black knight captures white knight on e5, white's lost on the spot.
No.3 Trap is not gonna work here you can see white can take your pawn by king
In No .1 trap if he does g2 to g3 then???
Hello. At 6:57, when you make the knight check, why wouldn't white simply capture that knight with the rook sat in the next square? Thanks.
Why in the Lasker trap they wouldn't take the knight with their rook??
Thank you♥️♥️👍
