so basically four minutes of rubbish talk, thank goodness there was a speed up button
That trap for black is so cool!
Don't talk too much!
I always played the queen's gambit in our inter class tournaments and boy I was always destroyed
Clearly.. ginger boy, in the background, has heard it all before.. and therefore feels, despite some very helpful and straightforward advice, absolutely no need to stir from his second cat nap of the evening….🐈 💤 ✌️
The real version of Shelden. Even he looks a little like him. But seems very humble for a GM. I enjoy this a lot. Very rewarding. Thank you!
All i needed to see was your cat sleeping so peacefully Igor and …. wait… was this a chess video?? best chess teacher on youtube bar none!!!!
when gambit accepted, isnt it better to play e4 instead of e3?
Well done!
Incredible
After this video i played the queens gambit the first time and got direktly a win 😊
This gentleman is very kind to the You Tube chess community.
Thank you
Rook can escape at 8:45, but you lose a piece.
I got Good off this channel
Too much talking
First time commenting – best video for myself being 1200ish ELO.
The slow and detailed explanation of the first couple of moves of the QB and next moves required for each variation, is what makes the video top shelf.
Cheers from Australia Igor
Thank you for this excellent video. I studied the London and the Scandinavian. You helped me understand the Queen's Gambit.
Black can defend the Rook. Nf3, Qxf3+ followed by bishop d2. (regarding the segament at 8:40 roughly).

love ur channel, it has helped me in improving a lot.
I love these videos
Excelente explicaciòn. Gracias.!!!
Very enriching.
Thanks nerd.
Great
👋
Great content for anybody who enjoys chess.
have you ever heard of the diemer-duhm gambit (a variant of the BDG ). I played in a few correspondence thematic tournaments in the 90s.
10:57 I think the more precise move here is Nf3. The reasoning being the d5 knight is unstable and black owes white a tempo to move it later on anyway. Nf3 is more flexible and white keeps e4 in reserve hanging it over black's head.
Rich content. Thanks Igor, a lot. 🌹🌹🙏🏻
Excellent explanation! Thank you very much!
Would you do a video on traps in the symmetrical English? If there are any common ones, anyway…
Wonderful 👍
Thank you so much for make all videos about tips, It really helped me once again, thank you very much sir! 🔥👏👍💪🙏🏼
Been playing the queens gambit for quite some time now so it's good to be able to know how to punish some early mistakes.
Best explanation of why people play 1.d4 I've seen. Queens Gambit lesson was great too.
I think it would be easier for the student if you teach the "standard" play straight through first, then go backward step-by-stop looking at mistake/variations. To teach the variations right off the second move, and then teach less played things first…. I finished the whole video and am more confused than before.
90%video boaring
love your cat
At 11:05, 4. Nf3 is a bit more precise than 4. e4. Nf3 is a hedge against the e5 pawn break. Once the knight retreats to f6, Black is set up to play e5, then exchange queens, and play Ng4 if white takes e5. It's a little nuance that I keep in mind in that position and similar ones.
I started following ur videos as a 700 rated player and currently am at 1400 u have really helped me
i still cant bring myself to make the mirror pawn move at start…i used to do it as a child to not insult elderly
Could you add Payoneer to the affiliates.
Because of your channel I'm up to 1103 from being 850ish a few months ago, great analysis and diagnosis of lines we might come across
I play the Albin Countergambit, maybe a video on that would be good if you know some ideas about it
How black could play Queen Gambit explain me
Thanks Coach
